Returns & Exchanges

At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items back into their original Aurélien packaging and seal the shipping box securely to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
